Thirteen years growing a global ministry
As Chief Business Development Officer of DELTA Ministries International (2002–2015), Chris owned vision and strategy, communications, finance, systems, and development.

- Mobilized 2 million service hours; personally responsible for about $2M a year across 12 income streams.
- Grew the operating budget from $500K to $1.5M in five years, eliminated $170K+ in operating debt, and established a $50K working-capital fund.
- Won $1.113M in grants over ten years, increased new-supporter acquisition 71% in year two, and lifted five partners’ annual giving by $58K.
- Spoke at more than 75 weekend training events that prepared and sent mission-team volunteers around the world, and at more than 50 fundraising events, always making the ask.
